Zero Tolerance Policy
Drifty has an absolute zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that exploits or endangers minors in any way.
🚨
Mandatory Reporting
We report all discovered CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and Indian authorities as required by law.
🔞
18+ Only Platform
Drifty is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory at signup. Accounts of underage users are permanently banned immediately upon detection.

Minimum Age Requirement

Drifty is exclusively designed for adults aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or access our platform in any capacity.

Age Verification: All users are required to complete identity verification at the time of registration. Our Aadhaar-linked selfie match system ensures that only verified adults can create and maintain active accounts on Drifty.

  • Mandatory age verification for all new account registrations
  • Aadhaar-linked identity verification to confirm users are 18+
  • Immediate and permanent account suspension if a user is found to be underage
  • No second chances — accounts of minors are permanently banned, not temporarily suspended
  • AI-powered behavioral analysis to detect potential underage activity patterns

Strictly Prohibited Content & Behaviors

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Drifty. Violations result in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to law enforcement authorities.

⚠️ Any violation of these policies results in immediate permanent ban, evidence preservation, and mandatory reporting to NCMEC CyberTipline and relevant Indian authorities (NCRB, local cyber crime units).

  • Sexualization of minors in any form including fictional or animated depictions
  • Grooming behaviors — attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
  • Solicitation of minors for sexual conversations, imagery, or in-person meetings
  • Sharing, distributing, or requesting sexually explicit content involving anyone under 18
  • Attempts to circumvent age verification systems
  • Misrepresenting one's age to interact with minors on the platform
  • Any content that normalizes, glorifies, or encourages the sexual exploitation of children
  • Using the platform to coordinate or arrange contact with minors outside the app

How We Detect & Prevent CSAE

Drifty employs multiple layers of technical and human review to proactively detect and prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation on our platform.

  • PhotoDNA Scanning: All images uploaded to Drifty are scanned against Microsoft PhotoDNA hash database to detect known CSAM before it can be shared
  • AI Content Moderation: Machine learning models scan all profile images, chat messages, and voice notes for potentially harmful content in real-time
  • Human Review Team: A dedicated trust and safety team reviews flagged content 24/7, with specialized training in CSAE identification
  • Behavioral Detection: Algorithmic monitoring flags grooming-pattern language, age-solicitation attempts, and suspicious behavioral signals
  • User Reporting: Every profile and every message has a one-tap report button; child safety reports are prioritized for immediate human review
  • Proactive Hash Matching: We participate in industry hash-sharing initiatives to stay updated on new CSAM material

We continuously invest in improving our detection capabilities, expand our partnerships with child safety organizations, and update our policies as threats evolve. We believe that every platform that allows human connection has a moral and legal responsibility to ensure that connection cannot be weaponized against children.
